Does Surat Textile Souk Ship Internationally?
YES, We Work with premier International Courier Companies like Aramex, City Link, Elite, DTDC, DHL, DPD, & Fedex, Skynet, Bluedart who are capable of Shipping to any Country Worldwide.
Mode of Delivery?
Customers are free to choose their own mode of Transport (like Cargo / Courier & Transport Services) other than services we provide. But the delivery and responsibility of the parcel is solely theirs.
Are there any Shipping Charges by Surat Textile Souk ?
Yes Depending on the weight, For now we only process Wholesale Orders. Minimum order quantity is One Complete set of a Catalogue irrespective of orders made though Direct Deposit or Netbanking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI. Shipping Cost Outside India is based on the Product Weight & Delivery Location which can be found below. Customers who purchase A SINGLE PRODUCT have to bear the Courier Charges as Levied.
When will my Order Reach?
We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you in 24 hours time after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order. Pre Booking Orders will take time for dispatching of goods either by us or by other manufacturers whom we deal with and can be checked by calling us on the number given. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched due to unavoidable circumstances. Late delivery does not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order.
How can I track my Product Shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment / tracking number which will be shared with you by us either by email or notified via WhatsApp.
VAT & CUSTOM Duties
VAT & CUSTOM Taxes & Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the Buyer. VAT/CUSTOM Taxes are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your Government.
International Customers are responsible for any Customs or Duty Fees Levied by their Country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur as policies vary greatly from Nation to Nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The Courier Company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
