Refund Policy
We would be glad to refund your amount in 2-5 working days from the date of Products received by us via online transfer irrespective to your payment made through Net Banking / Direct Deposit / Debit or Credit Card / UPI if any.
Note: Refund/Replacement of Products is subject to inspection and checking by our team.
Cancellation Policy
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you may cancel your order. You can cancel your order before you complete payment or if you have already placed the order and payment has been made, follow it up immediately with an e-mail at care@surattextilesouk.com or call +91-9985244334 expressing your wish to cancel and this will be dealt with, provided your order has not been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched then we are helpless in this regard.
Note: Amount will not be refunded including Shipping Charges irrespective of orders made through Net Banking / Direct Deposit / Debit & Credit Card / UPI if any.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However We DO-NOT accept Returns of Goods once purchased from our Company. We offer best quality indeed, however if there are any damages, we will replace damaged products. At the time of receiving the parcel, if the package is damaged or opened it is advisable not to accept it. Those parcels if accepted are not eligible for returns. Damaged products needs to be notified on the date of delivery and should be sent be back to us within 7 days after receiving the products. Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products else it will deemed void. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. Return shipment charges are to be borne by the customer. Returns will not be accepted for custom made or stitched Product.
Note: If you return your order, Shipping Charges will not be refunded irrespective of orders made through Net Banking / Direct Deposit / Debit & Credit Card / UPI if any.
Exchange Policy
What if i notice my Product damaged upon receiving it?
It Usually does not happen, as all our products are checked and packed with utmost care before dispatching. In order to get a defective Product replaced contact +91-9985244334 or Email us at care@surattextilesouk.com within 10 days from the date of purchase. The Product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped provided of the availability of the same product or similar product.
Note: Refund of Amount is not acceptable with our Company in this Exchange policy.
